The Leadership of the Koyla Khadan Shramik Congress(INTTUC) should be handed over to the Current Employee.

Gour Paul–The membership of KKSC(INTTUC) at Eastern Coal Field Limited is more than 35 thousand. KKSC is far ahead of other labor organizations in West Bengal todays.
Jamuria MLA Hare Ram Singh is the founder of KKSC(INTTUC).He has been working with Coal Mine workers for a long time. His family ties with Coal Miners.
His biggest identity was that he was an E. C. L employee.
Day after Day the way he did the trade Unions under the leftist regime. His name will be remembered by ordinary workers in the Coalfields and  history. At present, many labor leaders are not willing to give up the chair of the union even after being retired from E. C. L.. They continue occupy the chair. Thus the Union is suffering a lot. The leadership should think about this.
Trade Unions must be given responsibility to the current employee.
In this regard, the top leadership of the Koyla Khadan Shramik Congress will have to take a tough decision in the coming day.
If not, the Union will have to face tough times in the coming days.
