UP election. This time the UP election was very complicated. SP, Congress togetherwith Trinomool purchased the whole media which projected that Akhilesh will form govt. Whereas the backroom boys of BJP worked extremely well in destroying the cast based division of Akhilesh yadav. BJP succeeded in breaking this cast card by organising programmes in 75 districts. They succeeded in diverting the mindset of people from castes towards their Hindu identity that they are all Hindus. There were 78 seats which were extremely sensitive and in 23 seats BJP won. This is the success ratio. They have retained 246 seats. Add these two and this is their performance. Apart from this in the six regions of UP the PM has stressed too much upon the development and innaugurated the highways , he along with Yogi developed the Kashi Vishwanath corridor, Ram Lala in Ayodhya and in this way won the hearts and seats in Ayodhya and Varanasi and Gorakhpur. Whereas all the ten seats of Azamgarh are won by Samajwadi Party. Yadav votes were somewhat diverted towards SP but overall performance of BJP was not affected much due to Hindu card. Jaat votes affected BJP in Eastern UP but overall Yogi magic succeeded in destroying the mafia raj wich is its greatest achievement. The bulldozer succeded in destroying the cycle of Samajwadi Party.

In uttarakhand the victory was due to the major developmental projects like Rishikesh Karnprayag line, all weather roads being constructed in Kedarnath section and One Rank One Pension scheme. While in Goa the credit goes to Fernandes who was once the BJP Chief Minister of Maharashtra who selected an able candidate and secondly due to anti incumbency factor for the present govt. which was negative and for which the Delhi govt. was a little afraid. It is a great wonder that In Punjab Kejriwal worked with his beaureaocratic mind set puting in the Delhi model of education successfully. His single phrase “Mujhe ek baar mauka de kar dekhiye” worked well since punjab has a debt of around 3.5 lakh crore due to the previous corrupt ministers. Kejriwal assured the people of Punjab to give a corruption free governance.
What he has done in Punjab is that he has used the Delhi model of education. Health clinics were setup in each locality. Free electricity was provided as he has given in Delhi though Punjab has ample of electricity yet the rate was high. All this made Kejriwal more popular in Punjab.
